4 Powerful Plants to Include In Your Herb Garden

Parsley

While this plant isn’t commonly known, it’s growing in popularity due to the great benefits it provides. Drinking tea brewed with fresh leaves can reduce feelings of anxiety, suppress the appetite, and get rid of bad breath. Tarragon, either consumed in a tea or by chewing the fresh leaves, can alleviate mouth pain as well. The tarragon plant also has antibacterial properties, which is why oil distilled from its leaves is often used in the making of deodorant.

Lavender

Lavender has many uses in addition to its pleasant appearance, which can add a splash of color to your garden. It will chase away mosquitoes as it grows in your garden and can even be used as a seasoning.
